Setup of your SMSF with a corporate trustee structure has never been easier! To start the process, please input the main point of contact’s details below. Once submitted you will receive an invitation email to create an account on our portal. Once you have set your password you will be able to log in to your account and complete your SMSF establishment application.
Once submitted, you will receive the invoice to make payment – payment must be made before the SMSF is established by us. You will be able to reimburse yourself the establishment fee upon the rollover of your superannuation funds to your SMSF.
The portal will then be your go-to for tracking your SMSF establishment, getting in contact with us direct, viewing your invoices, ordering extra services and to help guide you on your retirement journey.

Purchasing property
If an SMSF plans to borrow to purchase an investment property then an additional entity is required to be established for your SMSF.
Our Bare Trust package provides you with two essential components: custodian trustee company registration and a bare trust deed. The fees for our Bare Trust package are:
- $1,320 – Bare trust deed with custodian trustee company
- $440 – Bare trust deed only
If you plan on purchasing more than 1 investment property you are able to use the same custodian trustee company, only a new bare trust deed would need to be purchased.
If you require a Bare Trust package you will be able to purchase this during your SMSF application.
